| Professional Bio/Service Description | Mo Choudhury is a strategist and mission-driven leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing medical device innovations from concept through commercialization. Her career bridges science, technology, and public health, with a focus on driving equity and improving patient outcomes. Most recently, Ms. Choudhury led regulatory strategy at Philips Ultrasound, where she guided the global launch of AI-enabled ultrasound devices and partnered with the Gates Foundation on a maternal health initiative to expand ultrasound access in low- and middle-income countries. Previously, she served as a Program Director at the NIH, advising on translational research, small business funding, and technology transfer. Earlier in her career at the FDA, Ms. Choudhury directed technical reviews and regulatory science initiatives for emerging technologies, including cardiac and neuro diagnostics, optical diagnostics, AI, digital health, and pediatric device innovation. She also worked at the National Committee for Quality Assurance, where she redesigned key HEDIS quality measures and provided insights to CMS, external advisory bodies, policymakers, and insurers to strengthen healthcare practices. Ms. Choudhury holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and a B.A. in Applied Science and Technology from George Washington University.
